Why Is My profit always zero?

Hi, very new to all of this. Trying out Bet Angel, had a play around with practice version and now starting with small amounts for real. I'm finding that although I lay at lower odds than I back and show a small profit during the race, once its over my profit shows as zero almost every time. Clearly I'm missing something but I cannot work out what it is. Can some kind soul please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Sounds like your just 'closing a trade' rather than 'greening-up' These two links should help

Thanks for your help Dallas, I thought I was greening up but I was just clicking on the scales button when trading on the ladder instead of the button next to it. Will have another go tomorrow!

Just an update - actually managed a small profit today - thanks again for your help !
