Do you mean the traded volume bars on the right of the ladder? if so when it happens does the rest of your screen look like this

No, the problem I am having is the with the price/volume over time graphs above the ladders.
It's weird on my laptop they are now showing but on my PC (ethernet) they are not?
The window is either blank or it works, it is very intermittent.
I am not getting the graphs on the side of ladders either but that's probably because I am in practice mode but have funds in the account.
It feels a bit buggy so I have tried re-install but no difference to the randomness of the graphs showing
