Hi everyone,
Have been using the software for about a week.
It is a major learning curve but enjoyable.
During a race I am selecting price/volume graphs and they are blank?
This is intermittent each time I start it, the red graph may come up or not.
I have installed and re-installed but cant figure it out.
Anyone have the same problem or solution?

Newbie with a few questions
These are the standard Betfair graphs and if you getting all the other data like full market prices, traded volumes etc there is no reason why these should be coming up blank, if you can next time it happens try and get a screen shot so we can be sure that everything is refreshing as is should be
