problem logging in

Anyone else having trouble logging in to betfair website. I can log in to my account via betangel but not the actual site. It doesn't say I have put in a wrong account name or password, it just doesn't log in.

I think Betfair may have had a short outage or problem as my spreadsheet went dolally just after 1pm and left me exposed without me realising it.
