I've just bought the annual serial number for Bet Angel professional and currently experiencing issues when trying to login. When I got to activate the software and register the account i'm receiving this message:
'Bet Angel was unable to connect to Betfair with those account details'. 'Betfair gave the following reasons: An exception was thrown during login' The remote name could not be resolved identitysso.betfair.com'
Any help would be much appreciated.
