Strange error in BA

Here's a strange error. Look at Exhibit A (attached) and see where I have circled a couple of things near the top left.

The screenshot was taken while the 15:10 at Brighton was in play. You can confirm that by looking at the horses' names and by the market volume that I've circled. But look at what BA is announcing as the name of the race: 14:10 at Brighton.

This didn't just happen for one race. Look at Exhibit B from my Guardian and compare the time of the race given in the Market column on the left with the last update time. Looks like all the race names are wrong by an hour.

I've seen this happen once before but didn't report it then. Is this a known problem?

My guess would be that your computer clock is 1 hour different? Perhaps you're on the continent rather than in the UK? I'm guessing though, not sure if BA takes it's display from the computer clock, perhaps Dallas or Peter might know...

No, I checked my computer clock at the time and it was right. I am in the UK. If the clock had been wrong and BA had been using it then the last update times would also have been wrong, whereas they are right - it's only in the race names that the times are wrong.

I've thought of something that I hope will give the BA guys some idea of how this problem happens.

Both times I've seen this happen I was using my work laptop. I have a choice of several VPNs to use at work. This morning I was using a German VPN, because it was fast. But I wasn't sure if it would let me log in to Betfair so in the afternoon I switched to the UK VPN before I launched BA. But I wonder if BA is using some timezone value on the computer which had got cached while I was in Germany and not got itself refreshed when I switched to the UK.

I hope someone at BA Towers can take a look at this, for curiosity if nothing else.
