Tennis scores not updating in the watch list or ten trader?

I noticed the other day that the tennis scores were not updating in tennis trader or the watch list and thought it was something to do with the olympics. Now I've realised it's not because other tennis events scores are not updating either. It is working on my laptop but not my computer. Any ideas anyone? I have display tennis scores and tennis scores from last set checked in the watch list and I'm using a saved display & setting screen I use all the time that normally works.

When you say it works on your other computer do you mean when trying with the same matches? as not every game has a live score feed

Yes it's working on the same matches - the matches also have a live score on the betfair website.
