See attached file. no volume is showing for all games. However i can see volume (matched bets) on betfair website. bug.

Can you see full market depth? Have you funded your account?

I have just put some extra funds in my account. full depth still not showing. i suspect i need to contact [email protected] because they have restricted my data? i have been in practice mode for quite some time and havent traded yet.
