Hi

I would like to know if USA horse racing can trade in-play now and what other horse racing countries can in-play apart from UK and IRE? and how is the liquidity there high or low compared to UK and IRE.

Thanks..

Betfair only recently began trialing In-Running on US races starting with
Aqueduct, Keeneland, Turfway and woodbine
Im not sure if they have since added any more or stopped any of these but the liquidity is certainly very very poor at the moment and not tradable.

Outside the UK and IRE racing of the other countries that do offer in-play the only one maybe worth looking at is some of the Aus races but this is still along way behind.

Is the liquidity good in AUS.
Do you need to play with Australian dollars? There is an option to convert my balance to Australian dollars, I kept thinking why is that for.

To trade any Aus market you need to transfer funds from your main BF account to your Betfair Aus wallet (via the Betfair website), however Betfair are due to remove this in the next few weeks anyway.
