Dose 1000 odds get matched?

Hi

1) I do see all losers in a race goes to 1000 odds, I would like to know if bets get matched at that odd.

2) Do all the losers odds reach to 1000? I see in some races in Bet Angel that it doesn't

close run races photo finishes and dead heats might not trade at 1000s but money does match there .... as anyone whos accidently/eagerly bashed the hedge button on a football correct score market will testify
