Historic Relative Odds Question

Hi, can I just check I have this right when using the Historic Relative Odds condition

In the example below, this will ensure the back price 11 seconds ago is less than the back price 41 seconds ago, regardless of the number of ticks. As simple as that, yes ?

In the next example, the automation will only fire in if the back price 11 seconds ago is EXACTLY equal to the back price 41 seconds ago ? Also, for this one, If I set the number of ticks to minus 1 would that mean the back price 11 seconds ago would have to be EXACTLY 1 tick less than 41 seconds ago ? Or would it still allow the bet if it was 2 ticks less ?
