My limited experience of them, is that there isn't as much money going through the markets.

As I'm new, I'm trying to get involved with as many markets as possible - that way, I can identify which ones are better than others.

Ive found the last few sun/mon etc quiet good, though that is out the norm but when action does come on one of these days it tends to end up being a v.good day - never seems to be a in between often all or nothing.
Check the today days racing thread been plenty of surprises posted over the last few weeks on likes of sun/mon but as to75ne said on the whole early weekdays are dire and as we go into winter ill be missing a lot more of them out.

for me, i tend to try not to do too much (or anything) on a sunday, however, if one good market presents itself (or 2-3 of those), then why not exploit it/them. i will point out, 75% of my play is IR, so your mileage may/will vary...

Sunday race volume is about 30% below most other days of the week.

It depends on your style - what is good for one person may be rubbish for another and vice versa.

Back in the day I found the US racing excellent to trade - most people wouldn't even give it two glances as the amount of money matched was so low, the races went off when they wanted etc etc - but that in itself was a large part of why I found them so good - most people just couldn't be bothered.

The big Group races which many on here would say were the best races to be trading were in fact some of the worse races I found to trade. They just didn't suit my style.

So you need to find out what is best for you but in general terms the better the racing quality the better the perceived wisdom is they are for trading. Likewise the closer to Saturday the better the better day to trade.
