Tapatalk is free and works with phpbb very well

forum also hangs a lot I have replied a few times to threads but the page hangs and loses my post so often just give up

Mobile friendly is very nice suggestion for a forum. There are more mobile users as compare to Laptop and PC.

A forum would benefit greatly from being mobile-friendly. Compared to laptop and computer users, there are more mobile users.
