I've done really well this week. I hadn't really expected to do much but I've been really consistent this week.

Been a decent day with some strong moves, think the 17:20 was the best i seen although did get out way too early

As has already been mentioned, Monday's can be quieter but a quick look in Guardian would suggest that Kempton may be the better meeting.

This type of market is a sit on hands job for me, can imagine a few people may of got into a mess with it

More madness at Beverley. A good example of why psychology is so important. Laying this fav was the obvious trade in hindsight, but in the moment I had to suffer through all the dips. Very very easy to loose faith and exit early.
