Hi, does anyone know if there is a way of using a trailing stop loss but without using an offset bet? so a straight lay bet,but if it goes against you the trailing will kick in, depending on the parameters you set etc. if you set the offset at say 900 ticks it still places a back bet at 1000, so unless you use greening it will not realise your profit. Unless I am missing something?

Thanks

Stop losses set via 'Global Settings' always require an offset to be specified

Hi,
can you use trailing stop loss outside of the global settings? I know you can in the automation, but not without offsetting?

The trailing stop is only avaliable through global settings when both manually trading or using automation and always requires a offset to be used

You could use an offset of 9999 ticks.

Stop losses use the value of the offset bets, using that amount of ticks would mean the stop would be for pennies and will never exit your whole position.

The only alternative would be to also use a automation rule to green up (or red up as it would be) after the stop loss was triggered, the best way to set it up would depend on the type of other betting activity if any that your likely to be doing within the market.
