enhanced ladder option

hi all

please can someone tell me where i would find the enhanced ladder function within betangel. i've read the guide and it says there are six major settings at the top of the screen, enhance ladder being one of them, but i've clicked all over the place and still cant see any of these settings appear.

tick the box in the red circle
