Automation in multiple BA Instances for real money

If I run multiple instances of Bet Angel in real money mode, would I be right in thinking that the automation can and will interfere with each other. So as a theoretical example, if one of them is backing and laying and then cancelling and greening up 30 secs before the off, it would affect the other instance which is maybe running automation on the same event that cancels and greens up at 10 seconds before the off ?

Yes. Greening will green you out of all instances, and cancelling will cancel your bets in all instances.
