Went from 1.05 to 3.0 :!:

Seems like it was a false alarm though as the odds have come right back in.

Nice to see England miss a penalty just before the world cup starts

I think that might work in our favour in a strange way as it might propmt a re-think about what they're doing. I'm pretty sure Frank Lampard places the majority of his "pressure" penalties to his left and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has picked up on this. Hopefully someone on the England staff is aware of it and they'll get him to mix things up a bit in future.

Could be an interesting angle if it suits some teams but not others.

Maybe the coaches should tell their players to shoot outside the box as often as possible?

Also, Pepe has returned full training. I hope he will be in good shape, as he is by far our best central defender.

I will miss Bosingwa...

I'm a little surprised Capello has dropped Walcott, but pleased nonetheless

I remember watching Walcott as a 16 year-old at Saints. He had incredible pace, but lacked consistency and invariably wasted the final ball

I just put this down to his age and lack of experience

Unbelievably, he hasn't improved at all. He's still the same player now, and if he wasn't playing for Arsenal, nobody would be talking about him anymore
