I've been using other software on my Mac for about 9 months but installed Windows via Bootcamp as I wanted to use the automation available on Bet Angel. Having downloaded the software yesterday and trying some simple scalping I have a few questions;
1) I been trying out the Offset with Greening Option (1 tick). What I really want to do is to enter a lay bet, at say 6.2 and, only if matched, automate a buy bet at 6.4. It seems using Offset with 1 tick will make available both a lay bet at 6.2 and back 6.4 at the same time regardless if the lay bet is matched. Is there a way of doing what I want?
2) How do you watch live Betfair feed. The only way I can see is by going to the Homepage, pressing Live, Live Video, and scrolling to the relevant race. Seems a bit long winded. On other software, you just clicked on a icon on the ladder view screen. Also, once I got the live feed pop up window, the window minimized if I clicked back on the ladder view screen. How do you watch a race whilst in-play trading using the ladder screen?
3) Whilst in-play, if the price of a horse drifts out, the view of the ladder also drifts so that the current price is always visable on the ladder. Doesn't seem to be the same on Bet Angel which makes in-play trading difficult?
Hope this makes sense and isn't too long winded.
Ladder View, Scalping & Betfair Live Feed
There is a couple of threads which answer your first two questions so have just added the links to them.

3) The ladders can be re centred using the 'Enter' key, so you can be sure that where you click is where your bet goes - personally i would nt like the idea of them moving on there own where i could go to click to lay at 2.0s and suddnely find it moved at just that moment and i end up laying at 10s or worse.
Also with Bet Angel you ll find the In-Play trader tool (winning post icon) a great help when betting in-running
