Can someone explain to me why time delays are different lenght of times in play? I never understand why sometimes it is quick to put in a bet and then others it can be up to around 20 seconds.

Which markets are you refering to? I know soccer markets dont have a set delay for all matches and that the delay can be different dependant usually depending on the geographical location and match type.

I was just trying to green out on a football match with low liquidity in some European country on the over and unders.

I understand the in play delay was suppose to be to not allow courtsiders an advantage, but I just don't get why they set times different for certain bets arriving at the market. Its as though it just gives the BF monkey a little extra time to react to things or possibly keep a position exposed a little longer.

I've never noticed different delays for different bet types being used, though most of my manual trading is only on the mainstream european leagues.

Will keep an eye on next few matches as its not something i've paid much attension to
