Excel not refreshing, even after new update

Hello,

i know that this is probably a really simple fix

its something i really struggled with before the recent update.

Even when using restrict refresh, i have noticed that when monitoring muliple markets, the last time updated formula in any of the excel sheets is not updating in time with guardian.

When monitoring only 30-40 markets, it is occasionally taking up to 8 seconds to refresh.

Does anyone else suffer from this issue?

Its really annoying and has many many times led to me being unable to get matched as im using the current odds to determine my odds.
