The are three big races today however the first group race at Cork has a 3m4f Chase 5 mins before at Carlise so that looks like a waste of time and then Douvans race has a another 3m1f Hurdle 5mins before at Carlise.

The most anticipated race of the season so far is going to clash with a 3m1f race at Carlise.

Would Sky sports show the Man Utd game on a sunday with kick off at 12.15pm then with BT sport showing the Man City game with a kick off of 1pm?
No. So why do racing do it?

I don't do Sunday racing nor Irish racing but surely you'd just skip Carlisle? Obviously there won't be as much money as when there is a 10 minute delay but you don't have to rush to do every race! Less is more

Irish racing when theirs a clash becomes really weak I find.

I have a question, why do Irish racing prices over extended on support and resistance.
What I mean is you can see a point in the market wich is clearly risistance but they always seem to over extend. So if you can see it risisting at 2.5 most markets UK market may extend up to 2.54/2.56 but Irish racing allway seem to over extended by 4/5 ticks more...

I find a very weak UK race to a similar grade doesnt over extend like the irish though.
Maybe its down to genuine money.

Just read Walter Swinburn died today aged just 55.... It still seems like only yesterday he was that baby faced teenager riding Shergar to the easiest Derby win ever.... RIP

What amazed me most was he'd only just turned 55 , when I first got into betting, a long time ago, he was a well established jockey even then. Just saw he rode his first winner in 1978 then 3 years later won the Derby. RIP.
