A couple of things I think.

Firstly your multiple green-up attempts seem to be firing too fast, like they're firing one after another as each one is still waiting for the in-play delay to finish.
You could avoid this by changing your "Wait XX seconds before rearming" to something like 20 or 30 seconds.

Secondly the time since the market unsuspended at 20:11:09 until your next green-up at 20:11:14 seems too short to be successful. Assuming a goal has been scored or something similar, the market will be jumping all over the place and be far from settled, so what for one second appears to be a green-up position, will be gone by the time your green-up bet enters the market after the in-play delay.
This can be avoided by including a condition in your green-up rule: "Unsuspended time condition: The time since the market was unsuspended is greater than XX seconds." Generally a number like 60 or 90 seconds would be suitable to ensure the market has settled fully after unsuspending.

I do have an 90s unsuspended rule but had my green up rule set at 6 seconds, changed to 20 now!
