connecting to Bet Angel VPS vai phone problem

Hi

When trying to connect to my Bet Angel VPS vai samsung mobile phone im getting a"The username or password did not work" message.I have typed in all the login info from my welcome email numerous times, so am quite certain i have entered the correct login details.

I have been trying to connect from a app i downloaded called "RD client" to my phone from the Microsoft website.

Has anyone had this issue before or can they post a link to a app they have used before?

I've always used RD client for my mobile and not had any problems, i'de start by double checking your username and password perhaps a misplaced upper or lower case charactor has been used by accident when typing it out
