Dutching - Green All = N/A

As the subject say, when Dutching horse racing (only I've checked), then the Green Up button are N/A

Should it be so, or is it a bug?

Its disabled by default as it is often not recommended to try and green up if dutching, you can enable it at your own risk by going into;

Settings > Edit Settings > Green Up and unticking ‘Green Up Restriction’
