Can someone point me into the right direction as to how time delays in play are calculated for horses.

I found it strange that a horse i just made a lay bet on INPLAY had a 3 second delay if i wanted to add additional lay bets, compared to all other runners who had a 1 second delay.

Always thought it was just one second on in-play racing?

so many dirty practices going on. I was talking to someone who is quite big on football the other day and he was saying they are sweeping up bets 50ticks+ on football with the suspend monkey. It is bad practice what they are doing now.

very bad

Is it because your stake is less than £2? Shows £1.78 on ladder.
