Place offset bet above current best price

Hello!
I am playing around with automation, and I would like to place offset back bet on any selection 3 ticks above current price. When this bet is taken, I would like to fire lay bet 2 ticks below current price.
On General tab I pick rule type "Place Back Bet" and on Parameters tab I selected "Custom ticks above best market price" and 3 ticks, and stake "Fixed amount" 2E.
Global settings:
Offset bet and Offset (ticks): 2
I have also added in Conditions odds range on which I would like to place bet.

But when I put it in action, it just takes current price and places offset bet.

What am I doing wrong?

Use 'Custom ticks above best reverse market price' 3

Also tick the fill/kill box if you only want the offset bet placing after the opening bet is matched
