viewing current 'green-uppable' amount from multiple markets

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to use excel to add up what the total profit (or loss) would be if all positions across all markets were to be greened there and then? For example, if I had chosen to Lay The Draw on three football matches which all started at 3pm, one was currently offering -£8.20 to green up, the second match offering me £4.00 to green up and the third offering me £6.70 to green up, I'm looking for a facility that will total all three every time a price changes, in this particular case giving me £2.50 - that being (-8.2),+4,+6.7

Obviously I can do this manually for only a few matches but if there are many it takes ages and more often than not by the time you have the answer the prices have changed!
