Hi All,

Before I start trialing the professional edition, I'm want to try and get a feel for whether the following strategy is feasible/possible...

In a closely matched event with 2 runners e.g. Tennis,

Back runner A @ approx Evens before the off.

At in-play, set-up a rule to cash out if runner A is matched at 1.66 (probably have another rule if runner A hits say 5/1 and not cashed out to cash out and cut loses).

If cashed out @ 1.66, set a rule to create an unmatched bet @ Evens on runner A.

Wait for runner A to be matched @ evens

Auto set-up a rule to cash out if runner A is matched at 1.66.

And keep repeating...

Any thought welcome on whether this can be automated.

p.s. I'm a long term Betfair user but new to automation.

Thanks.

Yes very easy to do with automation, in the opening post of the link below is a index of all the automation files avaliable for users to download and use, even they bearly scratch the surface as to whats possible they should certainly put your mind onto the right track as to whats possible

Thanks for the very quick answer and the useful link - much appreciated.

I'm not even sure if 'Auto greening' is the correct terminology for such a technique! Looks like I have a lot of new jargon to learn. I do have a few books on order - sure it will all become clear...

I'm hoping Bet Angel Pro is a good choice of software for this strategy.

Cheers.

If it helps some of the frequent terminology can be found here in the user guide, its quiet easy to pick up once you start

Its far harder finding a stratergy than what it is to implement it with BA ;)
