If I have the ATR sound on, I end the day with an irresistable urge to get a pension and buy stargazer lilies. Ooops must go...the man from bullion by post is at the door.

hehe Don't knock the 'free' pen...You can use it to jab yourself in the eye everytime you think about what a crap deal you've been suckered into.

ok, been on the Bet Angel Horse Racing Workshop with JollyGreen, (2nd Sept last year), on the day, one of the 'students', I think his name was Shaun on the day asked if he took any notice of bookies prices when looking at opening a position to which he categorically said no, the market will do what the market does, I hear so much conflict when it comes to trading, how is a newbie supposed to gain any trust with what he hears or gets taught, is it really a case of falling over that many times get hurt, get taught a lesson, get run over until you either drop or pull through?

4.00 Wolver. No pace whatsoever in the race. Who ever leads likely to trade very short.

I ignore them when trading. I only take notice as its just something I observe when I see a big price difference and that is because I have the race card up which shows the bookies odds.

I really do feel sometimes that more could have been offered on the Horse Racing Workshop, yes I know we had the chance to ask questions but sometimes you get so wrapped up in the day you forget, anyway.. back to today's racing

I have triple clicked on a race in gaurdian by accident and bet £110 on Barbary Prince for 1000 in the 17:00 at wolves. If anyone wants to stick a quid or two on to match me on the lay side id appreciate it

no doubt ill keep bet inplay and it goes on to land the spoils
