Just spoke to them on phone, suggestion they're renaming it. Nothing would surprise me.
Edit - it's back open. still says 2 Places on BF nav. Market is priced up for 4 places either way now.

I'd say we've had a result there LeTiss. Someone will be less fortunate though. Been there before.

What happened with him? Why did he go out like that?
Aqueduct 20:50 · Race 6 wrong results
IDK what's going on here, but in video it's clear winner Mr. Buff, but in results everywhere they gave victory for Stretch's Stone. Is it common in US races to get false results like this? Anyone else made bet on this race?

Betfair's support answer-
Thanks for getting in touch.

"Where specified, certain markets will be offered on an “all-in compete or not” basis. This means that, if a player, team or other competitor is withdrawn from an event (whether he, she or it pulls out of the event, is suspended or disqualified from it or otherwise) before he, she or it has taken part in the event, then any bet placed on that player, team or competitor (as applicable) will be deemed a losing bet."
The horse did still run but was disqualified after the race.
So officially horse was disqualified for interference and placed second. And when this happens, all back bets on winner horse who is disqualified later, are made as lost.
Very fair. Almost Betfair. Anyone could recommend any institution where i could bring this up?
Or it's a "Grenada case" for Betfair (no chance for justice)...
