Hopefully peter webb can upload some data on the draw price on this market.

Does anyone have an idea what price the draw should settle at?

Not sure what it will settle at but it was great trading when the Mexico/France game finished.

Made myself a nice little profit and will be looking out for similar opportunities as the other group games head to their finish.

Draw was at 1.60 when the france game finished, now at 11pm its drifted to 2!

Interesting overreaction, but i would say evens is good value for a straight punt at that price never mind trading it!

Good spot guys, I wasn't looking but should have been.

I think this is going to be a really interesting fixture.

If Mexico / Uruguay do play out for a draw then Uruguay will finish top of the group, Mexico will finish 2nd and most probably face Argentina in the last 16.

Surely Mexico will want to win this game and try and stay away from Argentina or would their priority lie in securing qualification from their group?

I have lived in Mexico for the last 6 years and I would hate them to play out for a draw. I think they are a much better team than Uruguay. They beat Italy in a pre-tournament friendly, now France.

I believe Mexico will play the game to win but if its a draw towards the end of the game I expect they both might settle.

Well, I've posted that Mexico is my favourite outsider, you can check it out, but they clearly don't have the same potencial Uruguay does.

and it hasnt moved. anyone know when it is likely to come in. im thinking of laying the 0-0 and just holding the position for a bit. the match looks competitive.

The market got it wrong this time, would have been a great value lay!

I started the game with a back bet on the draw but it soon became apparent that neither team wanted to settle for a draw so I traded out.
Then like you say I saw real value in laying the draw so did just that. Seems quite a few of us did.

At half time South Africa were 4's to qualify. I wanted to lay but then read the Nelson Mandela quote 'It always seems impossible until it is done!' After reading that I started to think they were going stick 4 past France in the second half and go through.

It wasn't to be but hats off to South Africa.

Only realised this morning what a big over reaction on the price that was, since it needed a 4 goal swing to send sa through....
