been watching the vidios on excel as above i have 2016 version when i am on the bet angle sheets it is in( compatibility mode) so i can not get all of my excel to work I.E charts, it asks me to convert so when i do this and convert it i get every thing 2016 has to offer all good. But the converted sheet is no longer working the timer stops working across all the sheets is there anything i can do to get it working also the sheet is still connected to bet angle (in other words can i get a 2016 version) or do i have to keep running the version you have
thank you for any replies
excel 2016
I use Excel 2016 for both BA for BetFair and BA for BetDaq - no problems at all. When you go to open Excel from BA or Guardian, just remember to change the file type to "All files (*.*)" and then you'll be able to see your Excel 2016 file.billposter wrote: ↑Sun Feb 26, 2017 3:26 am(in other words can i get a 2016 version) or do i have to keep running the version you have
I'm not sure what you mean by 'timer' - is that your VBA code? Have you saved the Excel 2016 workbook as an "Excel macro-enabled workbook (*.xlsm)". ?

It's good you got it working but for others in a similar situation I'll expand on what EyePeaSea said...
Excel 2016 saves your work using .xlsx or .xlsm extentions by default, depending on the existance of embedded macros. BA defaults to looking for *.xls files, but this is easily changed in the file open dialog box to *.xl* to list all your spreadsheets.
