I like trading Flat racing so today was always going to be an average day for me.

Try a the windows clock 'gadget'.. stays on top too.
You've got a clock on BA
1 on the RUK screen
one on the ATR screen
A windows clock gadget in the top right corner
Windows time in the task bar.
Programmable BA audio warnings
ou could always have desk clock too sat under your screen, or your phone?
....enough clocks?
