I would be carefull to be honest, there have been many times in the past, when they have not solved the problem first time around .

That was my decision in the end. Better to be safe than sorry when you are a newbie. Nothing would be more demoralising for me than screwing my bank due to a betfair error.

Ive been very lucky with BF crash. Thats two now with no position. Except a few longer term open positions. Both have been saturdays too.
