I just had two thirds of my bank on Happy Diva when Betfair crashed. Live chat said that "Unfortunately Cash out Can't always be guaranteed.". I assume my money has gone and there`s nothing I can do about it?

Even if I did I had lay orders in the market on Betfair to close the position so if it suddenly came back online I could've ended up on a large liability.

All of my profit for the week blown.
how can we trade Cheltenham on any large positions if this is going to happen again?

I think I got lucky on this occassion, I had closed my profitable position on Happy Diva but my final green up bet wasn't taken - as she happened to go on to lose I might end up with near twice what I should have.

hurts more when u have been caught with a back on happy diva only to watch the race and realise it would have hit at least 1.2 inrunning

An interesting opportunity to see all the kept bets on the feature race at Doncaster

No wonder BF don't care the liquidity on BD is so bad its laughable

They have the whole market to themselves and they're still battling to get any money.

Many of the traders on BD have BF open for more reliable data and are a bit stuck without it - until they realise that currently BD IS the data
