what happens to open bets on the 3:00 ? will they be voided.

Betfair tend to forget they are a trading platform when it crashes. More commission.

Questions.

I ahve some long term positions open. I dont want to close them on Betdaq just yet.. However as they are trending is it possible that soon as everyone is back and connected they could close there positions.

Dont know what to do. Do I close out the proft or wait...

The API status page has shown OK all the time, doesn't match what's happening

Betfair emailed me on the 2nd March, Ive been trying to think what to say.

This crash and others like it cost them a hell of a lot more than it does us, so i'm sure they're on it.
