BSP Vs Tick size

Hello all,
Does anyone know this please?...

Lets say I place a back back pre off, and ask for a higher price than is available. (e.g.Horse trading around 4's, I ask for 5)
I then change that bet to 'take sp', and when the race starts I get BSP of 4.84.

Question 1.
If I were to set a 1 tick offset, would BetAngel place the lay bet at 4.8 (which is the next lowest tick on BF) or would it try to place the lay bet at 4.74 (because 1.0 is the tick size of that area of odds)?

Question 2 .(Dependent on the answer to question1.)
If it did try to get matched at 4.74, would that then rounddown to 4.7?
