i didn't think i could have separate close rules for 5-5 games (broken back) and one for 0-0 games (won set)
i thought that all rules have to be true for it all to work, so if i put them both in then they can't both be true at the same time?

Thats right if you just added another fixed score condition to this current close rule, im refering to duplicating the close rule (click on two green arrows) then making the fixed score 0-0 (games) and 0-0 (pts) on the new rule and you could add a signal cond for it not to trigger if the 5-5 close rule has already been triggered

in a similar vein, could i set the initial lay for 5-4 scoreline and clone it for 6-5 scoreline and set signals for them?
instead of having 2 instances of bet angel running?

You can use as many seperate rule types as you want as long as they dont conflict.

If your using the same Betfair account there is no point in use two instances they will just conflict and trip over each other, the only reason to run two or more is when testing similar stratergies using practice mode so they can be set up slightly different to see if one works better than the other.

a service by which someone who is not too clued up (e.g. me) asks for a trigger to be made to do a certain thing, and pays for it
i played around with other software for a while and i know they did it, thought it might have been across the board

I think he means transaction costs. i.e. do Bet Angel act as a virtual broker when carrying out your orders

I think he means can he pay BA to build his automation for him if he tells them what to do. Because I think other software do this. If it is the answer is no
