Quick question, I will be laying off a load of bookie offers over the next few days and also wanting to run an in running automation bot . Question is, will the green up function try to use the lays already placed in betfair or will betangel ignore them?

Cheers!

Im not sure of the answer to your original question.

Though if you wanted to keep them seperate you could always use Betdaq for your laying off and run your automation on Betfair as per usual.

Yes it will if its the same account ie, if you have a unmatched lay placed direct on Betfair if the bot greens up it will cancel this bet also as part of the process, best to do what Oscar123 advised and layoff your bookie offers in Betdaq.
