Should also point out, as Megarain did earlier in the thread, that if you are getting involved in these markets to read the rules first as non runners are treated differently.
For example, if you have a bookmakers acca with Limini in, and you want to lay it off. If Vroum Vroum Mag for some reason becomes a non runner, on your bookmakers acca you will have a rule 4, where as it looks as if there will be no deductions made for non runners on betfairs version of the acca.
So tread carefully, and always read the market rules first.
Cheltenham 2017
Will the named combinations all WIN their respective races detailed below? A dead heat for first will count as a full win, and will NOT be partially settled. Each combination represents an individual market and commission will be charged accordingly. In the event that any of the listed horses are announced a non-runner then the appropriate lines will be made void. Other non-runners, not detailed, will not affect the market; bets will stand at the odds matched and no reduction factors shall apply. Should any of the races be void or not take place on the scheduled date then the appropriate lines will be made void.
Super tricky if u a layer // u can v easily, come out, 3rd best

I wouldnt touch that market. Shameful really.
It always amazes me how many people still use bookies before exchanges
Arkle Trophy 2.10 - all the bookies appear to have taken money on Royal Caviar to potentially overturn Altior. He's now best priced 13 with the bookies, but you can still get 21 on BF

Makes no appeal to me either, was just trying to clear up what was meant when betfair said they would be hedging. 48k matched now so obviously has some appeal to some people.
Unfair to compare bookie prices to exchange for that race as altior is heavily odds on and their each way book will be over broke. You always get huge differences when the fav is odds on because of the each way thieves.

Well done on getting it right though. I am humbly put in my place Oscar.
It'll most likely be each way bets that cause that with the bookies so completely understandable for the bookies to do that IMO. You aren't getting 21 on BF on e/w market and won't be seeing big odds in the place market.
Matchbook seems to have a decent amount matched at this stage. I think they calculate matched amounts the same as Betdaq, if so they are trading around the same volume as them. As far as I'm aware they still don't have trading software for the horses but I guess it could still throw up some decent arbing ops considering their low commission.
