Betangel/ Tablets

Hi there.
I am wondering if anybody has any advice on the best tablet to use Betangel on?
I Pad or Android or does it really make no difference in terms of functionality?
I appreciate the best and most effective way is on a desktop but if you did have to use a tablet?

It can only be installed on a Windows OS (ie a surface pro) to run on a andriod you would need to access via a VPS
