You probably want a video editor rather than some kind of player. From there i imagine you could mess around with the speeds.

Flashback Express - your favourite price - free!
Does 1/4 speed. and fast speed etc. to edit and so on you need to pay.
There's a section somewhere in the forum about this and Trader Tom (I think did a good piece about it)

Thank you both for your replies.

Going to spend some time looking at markets in a bit slower motion as I noticed something new today.

Windows media player can play back in slow-mo, but just a bit slower rather than a lot. I tend to use the app in win 10 to fly backwards and forwards to review videos, which I have been doing most of this evening.

a lesson to everyone. you'd think after 10yrs+ trading, Peter wouldn't need to analyse the markets anymore. no, people think the work stops after you get profitable & that's why so many fail. the best, in any field, are the most tenacious & hard working individuals - who deserve the big results.. although shagging the right people does help 8-)

Media Player Classic can do this (free software btw). At the bottom where the control buttons are (play, rewind, etc.) just choose decrease speed and keep clicking it until you find the slow speed that you like.

I think that was a different programme called "Active Presenter" if this is the thread you are referring to.

I was gonna ask "Who puts picture of their Mother-in-Law in the forum?"
But I decided that might be insensitive.

I hate vlc  I'm a big quicktime user, for the sheer ease, nice design & ability to speed up the market to x10 speed if necessary
