Bit sick talking about this really and its shocking to see whats happening in London right now but will the draw plummet tonight like it did when England played France in a friendly a couple of years ago. I remember the draw went to about 2.8ish when England played France not long after the attacks happened. This may be a slightly different situation though.

Thoughts are with the families and I pray there are no more casualties.

Isnt it ironic that when it happened in France there was an France Germany game and now its England V Germany.

A wierd coincedence.

Thanks for heads up, I will donate any profitable trade out of it to an ambulance charity.

Here we go again the commentators praising England when they failed to get a result. The whole point of football is to win games and score goals right.

Southgate should give them all a slap.

You could see it coming. For all the nice play in the 1H they were not ruthless enough and the inevitable goal came. Another valiant defeat to chalk up. Bear in mind we have another four years of this to look forward to!

Thought we pressed well though, Germany never turn it on for friendlies though so hard to read into it too much but defence was actually solid for once.

The Draw falling off a cliff never really materialised but there was a small bit of movement. Very poor German side and England still struggling. Dont know how the pundits thought there was any promise in that performance, maybe were just not very good

I think you mean "I" could see it coming. A classic phrase there from Mystic Pete assuming we all have the same powers :)

hehe They should write that on your headstone.

Its in the pundits interests to talk up England, keeps the supporters who cant think for themselves believing we have a good team and in with a chance come next Championship. If they told the truth (poor manager, no world class managers = no sucess forthcoming )then even some of the thickos would wake up and turn off. Turning off would lower viewing figures and the pundits would face the sack

But they actually did play well, anyone with half a brain could see that! If you watched as a neutrul you'd have said that team in blue were easily the better team and Germany had pretty much their strongest defence out too. No team in the world could've stopped that goal.
