I am having trouble downloading to excel. I think it might be some settings somewhere in my PC - but then again...
I can download a single market in to excel using the main screen and that seems to work OK - including updating/refreshing. Although I note that, when I browse my Bet Angel directory, only the files specified as Excel 97-2003 are shown when I choose the "Excel files" - although all are shown when I choose "all files" - ie the others are stored as "MS Excel Worksheet"
However, when I try to export multiple files to Excel using Guardian (just like the PW training video), whilst I can browse for the filename OK, the "Open Workbook" function isn't highlighted so I can't choose it. What am I doing wrong?
(I have got the latest version of BA downloaded and have 3 year old Windows)
