Comission when arbing multiple markets

Another noob question sorry. Say i back team A to win 1-0 or 2-0 for combined odds of 4, then lay "team A win to nil" at 3. Does betfair take comission of the back and lay side because they're different markets? a speedy reply would be appreciated

I would pay comission on both bets if I win.
