I need some advice, I keep messing up on the first few markets of the day.
I know these are weaker markets but its as if I'm not quite with at the stat like my brain is half asleep?
Is there any kind of mental warm up I can do to get in gear?
I ruined today just from the first few markets. by getting £50 down.
Was thinking of maybe doing a Sudoku to warm up? Any ideas?

Do exactly what you're doing, but do it for £2. It's mental warm up and you get a feel for how things might be.

I agree with Shaun there. (Does it happen every day then practically?)

I do think it's great how you bounced back though, superb example of not chasing losses, and keeping focused on the long term results.

Well done!

Its great when you benefit from this but when it catches you out it can sting a bit.
You know its highly likely to come back in but you can't just sit there and risk it going against you.
Is this Betfair themselves? Hedging Liabilities?

My live video is about 10 seconds behind. Nearly got caught badly because of it. Is it my end?
