I greened up a market manually pre-off but Guardian failed to see I'd done that and did another (expensive) "greening" in play. Is that likely to be due to a streaming issue?

My automation on the football keep greening up and went on untill it was a loss on some,,was cutting the grass,just stuck my head in to check .good thing i did,

This may be something,when i checked my guardian automation file ,the greening had changed in gardian from row 3 the draw to row 1,
i hadent touched it ,so cant understand how it changed,it was working fine all morning

Not seeing any issues on the Masters (been back on streaming last few hours)

Yes, we did experience an issue with the Order Stream on Saturday which would have caused issues with the return of bets from the service between 15:53 BST and 16:30 BST. Delays would have occurred between 15:53 BST and 16:18 BST, followed by a complete pause in the stream for around 10 minutes while we restarted the service. Normal service was resumed at 1630 after we’d taken steps to mitigate the problem.

From initial investigation we believe the issue was related to the additional load - double then number of connections vs what we’ve seen previously.

Is it really beyond their ability to inform their users when something like this happens? Perhaps they simply don't care. They just leave people uninformed and exposing money to unnecessary risk. Betfair really do offer a tremendously poor service at times like these.
