Automation time delay

Ive not long been looking more into automation so forgive me if ive missed an easy answer to this problem

I have my rules running fine which when all met trigger a bet, but if i wanted that bet not to fire straight away but be delayed by x seconds, how do i do this?

This isn't exactly what you want but it will show you how to increment/reset a timer signal.
