What am I doing wrong with automation?

I`m Struggling to get the triggered bets function working.

I seem to be following the instructions to the letter from the guide but the odds come and go and nothing happens.

I`ve tried "Back all" before the off and also waited until the race was "in play" but it still does`nt seem to work.
I`m clearly missing something and would appreciate any help. Cheers.

Maybe there was no money to be matched?

I have set up Automation correctly applying settings on one market and everything is fine when the market is open. However I cannot get multiple markets to work in Guardian. When I go back to Guardian and pull up these markets the boxes I ticked in automation tab have all gone. Also is there any way of stopping automation resetting when markets are suspended.

Please could anyone help?
